Model 1120C Continuous Band Sealer
Our stainless steel industrial grade band sealers are ideal for sealing thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, laminates) of any size and length. We carry both horizontal band sealers (bags lay flat on the conveyor) and vertical band sealers (bags are in a standing position on conveyor) which allow our band sealers to be used in a wide range of applications and industries. Model 6000 Band Sealer (USDA Approved)
The Model 6000 is designed for food (USDA approved), military, agricultural applications and many more. It seals most types of barrier materials in addition to straight polyethylene up to 12 mil single thickness or 6 mil single thickness on bags with gussets (24 mil total). Speeds up to 750″/minute, Change over from one material to another is done with very little or no adjustments required.Multi-purpose machine can be used for both polyethylene and barrier film applications. Units are used in production line applications, usually sold with a conveyor. Bags are guided through the machine by neoprene conveying belts. Sealing is accomplished by the material passing through two 10″ heated bars separated by Teflon sealing bands.

Model PJ Manually Operated Poly Sealers
A manual bag sealer will seal an average of 10 to 12 bags per minute depending on operator speed. The operator controls pressure and dwell by how long and how hard they step on the foot pedal. The unit must be mounted to the work surface or stand. A clearance hole must be drilled through the work surface for connecting the foot pedal to the sealer. The foot pedal and guard must be secured to the floor.

The BC-300 is the perfect addition to the JT-50 or TS-2002 DVD and CD overwrap systems. The BC-300 will collect and stack the finished product discharged from the wrapping machine into stacks of 25 with 4 rows for a total count of 100 pcs before the collection table will need to be cleared.
